Samuel Jeffs is a civil and commercial barrister with broad experience.  Having advised and acted for parties in a range of disputes arising from contracts, joint ventures, shareholdings, and construction projects, Sam brings rigour and clarity to any matter.  

Sam has appeared in a number of courts, including successfully in the Supreme Court, and various specialist tribunals.  He also regularly assists arbitral tribunals determining international commercial disputes.  Sam’s career has always been at the bar.  As a result, Sam brings a unique perspective as an independent and commercially-minded adviser and advocate. 

Sam graduated from Oxford with a BCL (Distinction) and the University of Auckland with BA/LLB(Hons) degrees. Sam has spoken at conferences and has also published a number of articles. He maintains a strong interest in commercial arbitration.
