Paul has extensive legal experience, with an expertise in commercial and civil ligation. Paul currently works as a barrister, arbitrator and mediator, working on disputes both domestically and internationally.

However, there is far more to Paul than life as a lawyer. Paul started his working life in the RNZAF and in 2006 he also took a break from law to be the CEO of a super-yacht construction company. Today, alongside his legal work, Paul directs a number of businesses and teaches in the fields of mediation, facilitation and negotiation.

Paul has combined his experience across different working roles to become an effective mediator across a whole continuum of dispute resolution. Recently Paul gained recognition as one of the top 10 mediators in New Zealand (by Law Fuel).
