I am a Partner at HopgoodGanim Lawyers with  specialist accreditation in Commercial Litigation.  I also extensively practise in insolvency  law.

I act in all matters involving commercial  dispute resolution.  I also accept  instructions in all matters (both transactional and dispute-related) with an  insolvency focus. I have been regularly recognised in the Doyle’s Guide as  both an Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyer and Commercial Litigation Lawyer.

I presently chair the Queensland Law Society  Committee responsible for accreditation of specialist solicitors for  Commercial Litigation.

It is particularly satisfying when disputants  achieve a creative and commercial outcome to their dispute that could not  have been achieved through the Court process.
