Profile
I am a Licensed Valuer in the State of Western Australia where I have been in my own private practice as a City and Rural Property and Business Valuer, Commercial Arbitrator, Mediator and Expert Determinator for the past 50 years since 1970.
I have valued all types of Metropolitan and Rural properties and interests ranging from City and Regional residential, industrial, commercial and leasehold real estate to rural farms, station (pastoral) and fishing industry properties throughout Western Australia. I have also provided litigation support service to several law firms in Perth acting as an Expert Witness for a number of Supreme Court cases involving resumption and compensation actions as well as various other civil and statutory cases. I have conducted Arbitrations and Mediations for many commercial property and interest disputes involving both private and government parties, including more recently conducting mediations under the Farm Debt Mediation Scheme, a new voluntary dispute resolution service offered to Banks and Farmers and conducted under the rules and regulations of the Small Business Development Corporation in Perth WA.
I am a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and also hold a Diploma of Agriculture (Muresk, Western Australia). I was a Grade 2 Arbitrator and also as an Accredited Mediator. I have attended Master Classes in Arbitration.
