I lead the Australian intellectual property  group at K&L Gates. I have experience in a broad range of legal areas  relating to intellectual property, including registration of trademarks and  designs, trade mark and design enforcement, copyright protection and  enforcement, trade practices and licensing of intellectual property rights.

I act for a range of well-known brands and has  a particular specialty in protecting and enforcing the intellectual property  of many well know and leading Australian and overseas fashion houses. I  manage and enforce a range of large trademark portfolios and have acted for  clients in numerous trade mark opposition matters and non-use actions in  Australia and New Zealand.   I pride  myself in providing clear and strategic legal advice and achieving commercial  outcomes for my clients.

Personal Comment

I have taken part in many mediations involving  intellectual property matters as well as many intellectual property trials  during my career.  I have joined the  Immediation panel in order to try and assist with the resolution of  intellectual property infringement matters at an early stage of the dispute.
