Diverse corporate advisory, capital markets and corporate governance experience having held roles in accounting and debt and equity capital markets in Australia and the United Kingdom. Experienced in taking companies through the ASX listing process and NASDAQ listing compliance. Currently Company Secretary of Emvision Medical Devices Ltd (ASX:EMV) and Argenica Therapeutics Limited (ASX:AGN). Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certificated Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

He is also a Certified Information Security Manager and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ensuring that cybersecurity is always at the fore.
