I am a Consultant at HWLEbsworth and am presently a Director of a number of Proprietary companies, which are principally subsidiaries of foreign corporations.

My primary areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, trusts and estates

Most recently, I acted in a negotiating the resignation of a company director where the shareholder was unable to participate. My other industry experience includes having been a Director of a range of public companies involved in marble mining, mortgage origination, intellectual property, satellites and money lending.

I am a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and  company director. I have Previously a director of a number of ASX listed companies including Newsat Limited

Personal Comment

I have been involved in a number of mediations and am impressed by the process. My major interest is providing advice and guidance and to use my experience to assist people to find solutions to their problems
