Profile
I am a Victorian Solicitor and the Managing Partner of Stesin Legal. Although an experienced litigator, my goal is all about avoiding litigation. I don't just ‘settle’ disputes but focus on your ability to resolve and rise above those disputes. This then allows you to pursue your main objectives. I have a vast international, corporate and legal expertise that has been crafted into a bespoke form of dispute resolution.
My extensive 38 years of experience coupled with a highly tuned sense of people and human dynamics means that I help create lasting outcomes and empower clients to take back control and move forward.
I have been a long-standing member holding various committee positions with LEADR, then Resolution Institute. I am a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Panel Member of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
Personal Comment
What I love most about my role is being able to assist with the process of empowering parties to take control under difficult circumstances and I joined the Immediation Panel as it provides yet another opportunity for such empowerment.
