Profile

I am a Partner at Thomson Geer in the  Litigation & Dispute Resolution group with more than 15 years’ experience  in a broad range of litigation. I am also a formally trained mediator which  gives me the ability to see all angles and potential means of resolving a  dispute. I have acted in matters in all courts and tribunals in New South  Wales as well as the Supreme Courts of Victoria, Queensland and the Northern  Territory.

In my practice at Thomson Geer, I  regularly act for clients in the financial services, education and insurance  sectors as well as manufacturers, distributors, mining companies, telcos,  property developers and not-for-profit organisations. My experience includes  dealing with both litigated and unlitigated complex commercial disputes including  negligence actions and also advising ASX-listed corporations. I also have a  particular interest in matters of workplace fraud and corruption in business and  have managed confidential workplace investigations involving allegations of  misconduct by senior executives, and represented clients at the NSW  Independent Commission Against Corruption.

I am a member of the Law Society of  NSW and also of the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.
