I am a Grade 1 Arbitrator (Resolution  Institute), and qualified International Arbitrator (Fellow, Chartered  Institute of Arbitrators).  I have been  appointed as arbitrator in a range of international and domestic matters  including disputes arising out of construction contracts, mining ventures,  business agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, lease  and real estate contracts, and military service provider contracts.
