I have conducted mediations since 2008. I am  the Principal of Rob Goldstein Mediation. I am a Nationally Accredited  Mediator and Accredited Specialist Mediator through the Law Institute of  Victoria.

Prior to turning my focus to growing my mediation  practice, I was a Partner at an established Melbourne firm where I conducted  a dispute resolution/litigation practice as a Law Institute Accredited  Commercial Litigation Specialist.


I sit on several panels of mediators,  including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Victorian  Small Business Commissioner and the Office of Franchising Mediation Advisor.I  am also the panel Mediation Law Advisory Committee of the Law Institute of  Victoria. I am briefed to conduct mediations in all commercial matters, with  a specific emphasis on disputes in franchising, leasing, property, testator’s  family maintenance, consumer law , farming and employment law areas.

I have also been included on the Doyle’s List  as a leading mediator in Victoria.
