I have practiced in construction, engineering  and infrastructure law for 30 years. I have extensive experience in contract  drafting, contract administration advice and construction dispute resolution.  I am highly regarded for enhancing clients' understanding of risk allocation  in commercial contracts and the inherent and particular risks in disputes.

I have practised in the area of construction  arbitration for over 30 years, as and advisor, advocate and arbitrator.  I was the lead advisor in the largest  construction arbitration in Australia.   I have sat with international arbitrators on an arbitration panel.
