Peter has over 24 years’ experience as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in civil and criminal proceedings. He has represented individuals, small businesses and major New Zealand companies in a broad range of cases from the District to the Supreme Court.
Peter began his career as a Crown Prosecutor in the early 1990s, before transitioning to a commercial law firm and eventually becoming a barrister in 2004. Peter has assisted clients with resolving a wide variety of commercial disputes through mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Peter holds an LLB/BCom(Accounting) from the University of Auckland. He is a member of the NZ Bar Association.
