I have over 20 year’s experience resolving commercial disputes. I have mediated over two thousand disputes. I am a Law graduate and have a Master of Laws. I am a nationally accredited Mediator and a recognised expert in the area of dispute resolution. In addition to mediating disputes, I facilitate large meetings and also teach Mediation, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. I regularly speak at conferences and have taught thousands of people how to negotiate more effectively and resolve conflict.
