Profile
I am a Partner in the Employment Law and Industrial Relations Team at K&L Gates.
I am a leading Australian labour and employment law practitioner and approach workplace issues in an efficient, clear and practical way.
My experience lies in healthcare especially Victorian public hospitals, education, the public sector, community, aged care, service and retail industries with particular expertise in employment claims including workplace complaints, termination and discrimination law claims, industrial relations disputes and advocacy before Tribunals.
I have acted for the International Labour Organisation in Geneva to co-draft the ILO Code of Practice on HIV/ AIDS and the World of Work. I have also acted for the Federal Government in a number of cases including Amcor Limited v Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union.
I was Convenor of the Employee Relations Interest Group of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) (Victoria) for over two decades. I was awarded the 2013 AHRI Medal for services to the human resources sector.
