I am the Principal of Logan Armstrong Lawyers. Prior to commencing my new practice in 2005, I was a Partner of Blake Dawson (now called Ashurst) from 1981 to 2005. My major area of practice is Corporate and Commercial Law. Throughout my career I have held management roles including Staff Partner, Head of Corporate Group, Member National Board and Managing Partner (Melbourne Office). Major clients included ANZ Bank, Macquarie Bank, GE Capital, Australia Post, Heinz and Hewlett Packard.
Since 2005 I have practised in the corporate and commercial field advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring businesses, shareholder, unitholder and partnership disputes.
I am Chairman of the Baker Foundation which is a major benefactor of the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute.
I really enjoy working closely with my clients to solve difficult and complex commercial and legal problems.
