I am a Partner at Ashurst in the commercial  property team. I have a depth of experience in the acquisition, disposal,  development and leasing of industrial, commercial and government properties.

Most recently I worked on some of the most  significant property transactions in Melbourne. Examples include advising  Melbourne City Council on the Queen Victoria Market $A250 million market  redevelopment, acting for Australia Post in its joint venture with Cbus on  the design, construction and leasing of the $400m plus new police  headquarters at 311 Spencer Street, Melbourne, acting for Box Hill Institute  on its campus modernisation project, acting for Capital Alliance Investment  Group on its mixed use 100+ apartment, 200+ hotel room developments in Normanby  Road, South Melbourne and Waterfront Way, Docklands, and acting for  Brookfield/Cbus JV on the A$150 million residential development project of  Brookfield's complex of properties adjoining the Pullman Hotel in East  Melbourne.
