About Erika

An Accredited Specialist in Family Law and mediator with almost 20 years experience in family law, I am the founder and principal of Kirkman Family Law, a specialist family law mediation firm, focused on resolution without Court.

I am passionate about utilising legal technology and dispute resolution processes to assist separated families resolve parenting, financial and child support matters more amicably and efficiently.

In addition to my role with Kirkman Family Law, I am a legal tech founder of two products and I am a regular lecturer/speaker for the Law Society of NSW and College of Law. I am also on the Family Law Settlement Service mediator panel and I have recently been appointed as a director on the College of Law NSW Advisory Board.
