Erin is currently a barrister at the Britomart Chambers specialising in civil and regulatory litigation. 

Erin began her career undertaking prosecutions on behalf of the Crown and government agencies before moving to London. Returning back to New Zealand in 2008 Erin moved into commercial and civil litigation at a large New Zealand firm, before establishing her own practice in 2014. Since then, Erin has appeared in High Court and District Court proceedings. 

Erin was named Young Lawyer of the Year in the 2005 NZ Law Awards. Erin obtained an LLB(Hons) from the University of Otago in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2003.
