I am a practising arbitrator and barrister at the Victorian Bar. I have experience in commercial arbitrations conducted under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce and under the UNCITRAL Rules. I recently acted as an arbitrator in a $30 million dispute over the termination of a distribution agreement.
I practice in energy disputes involving gas supply and oil and gas farm-In agreements, regulation of the gas and electricity markets in Australia and in commercial disputes involving the sale of goods, distribution and shareholder agreements. I also practice in corporate and commercial trust disputes involving directors’ and trustees’ duties and in banking and finance disputes concerning commercial loans, guarantees and fraudulent transactions. I am a co-author of Lender Liability (Thomson Reuters, 2016) with Professor James O’Donovan.
