Profile

I have been a suburban and inner Melbourne  Victorian solicitor since 1982. I practice mainly in commercial litigation  and related commercial matters as well as property and estate litigation,  regularly acting for small businesses and individuals.

I have dealt with financial disputes from a  few hundred dollars to cases involving several million dollars. I have  developed procedures for faith-based mediations and arbitrations (which can  be adjusted for non- financial matters) to promote transparency and  accountability.

As a member of Resolution Institute, I am an  accredited Mediator, a qualified Grade 3 Arbitrator and a member of the  Determinative Professional Development Group.   I obtained my Professional Certificate in  Arbitration with High Distinction from the University of Adelaide. I am a  director of Yeshivah Beth Rivkah Schools Ltd. in Melbourne.
