I have worked at Murdochs since 2012. I have been a senior associate at Murdochs since 2013 and for more than a decade I have  worked in the family law area with a particular focus on assisting clients to reach practical, fair outcomes via mediation.

My experience encompasses all aspects of family law, as well as specialist niche areas, e.g. governmental agencies, handling allegations of child violence, offshore property assets. Moreover, property settlements involving a party/trustee in bankruptcy. Many of these matters required the use of a national mediator.

Personal Comment

Immediation provides a cost-effective and modern way for families to develop, and own, solutions tailored to their circumstances so that they are able to move on with their lives. No two families are the same, so no two solutions are the same.  The Immediation platform is a safe, controlled process which focuses on finding the right outcome for individuals and their families.
