Profile   

I have over 10 years of experience as a mediator focused on resolving workplace and commercial disputes covering wide variety of industries and services. In addition, I have 25 years of experience in business in senior management roles involved in Information Technology, Management Consulting and Professional Services selling and delivering solutions to multinational companies within the Asia Pacific Region. 

I am a member of several dispute resolution panels covering the franchising sector, schools, the workplace and commerce. I am a member of a Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board on a PPP project for the delivery of affordable housing in NSW.   I work as a Conflict Management Coach for workplace teams experiencing conflict in order to improve team effectiveness and performance, as a mediator/facilitator for company directors involved in conflict, mergers and de-mergers, corporate strategy, code of conduct, governance and compliance issues. I am a member of a NSW group of mediators developing awareness and focussed on Elder Mediation in NSW..

I am a committee member of the Resolution Institute’s NSW Facilitative Professional Development Special Interest Group. I was the Chair of this group for 2017 and 2018. I am a committee member of the RI’s NSW Determinative Professional Special Interest Group. 

I am a professional member of the Resolution Institute, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Engineers Australia. 

I served as a Director and Company Secretary for the Australian Supply Chain Institute( a NFP organisation) for several years.
