A qualified arbitrator and specialist in corporations law and complex commercial litigation, Laura was awarded Innovator of the Year by the Womens' Barristers Association in 2020 for her work in pioneering online mediation. Laura was also awarded "Australasia's Most Influential Lawyer - Changemaker" in 2021 for her work in pioneering online dispute resolution.
Christine is a company director, investor and entrepreneur with a 35-year career spanning financial services, private equity, Government and media. Christine is Chair of Auctus Investment Group and Tanarra Credit Partners and NED of Humm, Credit Clear, MaxCap and Lonsec. She is President, State Library of Victoria and Council Member of La Trobe University. Previously, Christine was CEO of Dun & Bradstreet’s ANZ business and President - Chief Executive Women. In 2020, Ms Christian was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia recognising her distinguished service to the financial and investment sectors, to businesswomen and emerging entrepreneurs.
Michael Heron QC is a leading QC in commercial and regulatory litigation and arbitrations. Michael is a trusted legal advisor to New Zealand businesses, government entities, and public bodies. Michael was formerly New Zealand’s Solicitor General, meaning that he ran and oversaw the Crown Law Office and played a key constitutional role in protecting New Zealand’s legal system.
Greg has over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector specialising in digital transformation. Based in London, Greg is the Founder and Director of Panoram, a consulting, tech and managed services firm supporting law firms and legal teams move to digital. Greg founded PinPoint Global and Diskcovery and was formerly the International MD of Neota Logic and International MD and Head of Product Strategy for Epiq Systems.
Sean is an engineer with more than 16 years experience developing award winning products, including: GoToMyPC, Picasa, and Google Photos. Sean co-founded Metrix Systems, a full service web development agency for startups. Sean created "Xano" - a patent pending web development platform that specialises in simple yet flexible system architecture. Sean was the lead engineer of the original Immediation platform.
Anthony has more than 15 years in finance, with recent experience as the CFO and Company Secretary at Contango Asset Management Limited (ASX: CGA), as the Head of Finance and Operations at Hunter Hall International Limited and previous positions as the Group Financial Controller at 360 Capital Group Ltd and Finance Manager at the Commonwealth Bank.
Kelly is a specialist in commercial litigation and disputes resolution with over 15 years of legal experience. She has conducted numerous proceedings on behalf of Government as well as corporate clients during her career, as a Professional Standards Lawyer at Slater and Gordon in Melbourne, as Senior Associate, Professional and Financial Disputes for Clyde & CoLLP in London, and as Solicitor, Dispute Resolution Group for Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
After 25 years in marketing, Joseph was introduced to the legal technology and legal services space only a few years ago. Starting with law firm consultancies he learned how firms think and operate. A brand development role at OnePlace followed where he assisted with the legal CRM brand’s LMA debut in 2019. His tenue continued after Intapp acquired OnePlace. During his tenure there, Joseph ran strategic marketing; thought leadership, and communications. At Immediation, Joseph helms marketing for North America liaising between the various verticals, industry organizations and sales efforts.
Jim is a creative and experienced business leader with over 25 years working internationally in global sales leadership and chief marketing officer roles and currently as a business advisor and mentor to business owners and founders (Little Fish to BIG Fish) and a vc (Rampersand) . He works with a range of tech companies and manufacturers – from start-up to enterprise – as an experienced and highly connected leadership, advisory, business strategy and innovation resource.
Over 18+ years in the ICT sector, Nick has developed his product practice while working in multi-channel and omni-channel environments to deliver products that delighted and excited customers. Nick's product focused approach has meant he can lead service delivery while growing and supporting the commercial relationship.
Mike was the Chief Information Officer of WA Police. With experience in Government and Law Enforcement, he is intimately familiar with the requirements of the cross-justice demand chain. His experience and passion for cybersecurity, privacy and risk, also ensures exceptional focus in these areas. Mike is a TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Prince 2 Practitioner.
Emma has more than 10 years project and policy management and support delivery, including design and implementation for government, oil and gas sectors with multi-million dollar projects for both the private sector and state government. Prior to her role at Immediation, Emma was an Assistant Company Secretary in a Legal and Governance team, where she managed the delivery of contract management systems.
Dion brings more than 20 years of digital marketing experience to the Immediation executive team. Coined an alchemist during his time at Digital360, consistently building successful data-driven marketing strategies. Dion was pivotal in Digital360's award as one of Australia's fastest growing digital agencies. Dion's experience covers both network and agency sides along with SME direct. Dion was responsible for the international expansion of Val Morgan Outdoor (foregoing PumpTV) from Melbourne to Tianjin, China.
Henry is a qualified lawyer with a specialist skill set in sports dispute management. With over ten years of legal experience in New Zealand, the majority of that period spent operating in professional sport, Henry has been responsible for fronting highly sensitive athlete disputes, negotiating collective agreements, resolving integrity related matters, launching integrity specific education, and implementing crisis management plans
Katherine is a customer-centric product manager with over 10 years of experience, completing an MBA has extended her knowledge in product strategy and growth which has allowed her to drive significant product improvements across every sector. Katherine knows what it takes to develop and implement high quality products and features.
